To promote environmental protection, vegetarian food and Hakka cuisine, Miaoli Hakka House offers visitors a combined environmental education and Hakka indigo-dyeing and food culture experience. In late July, Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation will hold a joint exhibition titled “Ship and Inheritance” in six display areas, with Miaoli Hakka House showcasing such interactive themes as environmental education, Hakka indigo dyeing, food culture, water conservation and cherishing water resources. For anyone interested in Hakka culture the Chi Miaoli Park Hakka culture tour is not to be missed.
