Sanyi Wood Sculpture Museum and the Culture and Tourism Bureau, of Miaoli County Government are holding the "New Dragon Sculpture – Year of the Dragon Themed Miniature Wood Sculpture Exhibition" in the basement of the first hall until April 14. We sincerely invite lovers of wood carving art to visit and experience first-hand the beauty of the more than 60 works on display.
The joint wood carving exhibition takes the dragon from the Chinese zodiac as its creative motif. Each artist's work contains an auspicious message for the Year of the Dragon that echoes the "New Year greetings" and "wishes" of Taiwan’s Chinese New Year festival culture and tradition, in the hope everyone will welcome the New Year with art.
