The street refers to Zhongzheng Road by Sanyi Interchange in Shuimei. Nearly half of the residents here make a living on wood carving. The wood mainly comes from the Snow Mountain, Alishan, Fengyua, Zhushan, and Zhudong. Camphor is the majority but there is also Taiwan cypress and sandalwood. Most of the trading of wood carvings takes place here.
