Participated in the event of the 2020-2021 Top Hot Springs in Taiwan - Hot Spring Feature Selection, the hot spring area in Tai An, Miao Li won the second place with more than 280,000 votes among the 19 hot spring areas in Taiwan and won the silver award of the Ten Hot Springs and Ten Beauties, and the gold award of the CP Value Award for the best added value for tourism. The county government has specially held an essay competition for drawing. More than a hundred of hot spring vouchers have been drawn, and the list of winners has been announced on the Facebook fan group.
The event of the Top Hot Spring of Tai An • Interesting Stamp Collection of Hot Spring Trip of Miao Li will be held from Feb. 12, 2022 to Apr. 3, 2022, and cool cards and e-stamp cards will be launched. If visitors spend NT$300 at a selected store or hotel, they can get a stamp card and a stamp. Once they collect 3 stamps, they have the opportunity to draw a wealth of gifts such as iPhone 13 mobile phones, accommodation vouchers for honeymoon suite, hot spring vouchers for two-person rooms and for public pools, and 100 points of LINE points. Visitors from all over Taiwan are welcome to actively participate in the event.
In addition to the Tai An Hot Spring Area, there are many hot spring treasures such as Nan Zhuang, Da Hu and Yuan Li town in Miao Li, which provides diverse and cosy hot spring resorts for tourists to choose from. The county government specially combines the environmental renovation project of Hot Spring Area of Tai An - the optimization of the foot bathing pool and recreational facilities with the completion and opening of the new hot spring egg pool to create highlights for a new tourist attraction. By doing so, it is hoped to attract visitors to be away from the hustle and bustle of cities and come to Miao Li to enjoy its humanistic beauty and experience the unique “travel for hot spring culture”.
